Arn
I have watched last week-end the movies Arn, both of them. They have a certain similarity to Lord of the Rings. The first part ends in the middle of a sentence, so to speak. As for the story itself, it is about a Norseman who is trained in a monastery to be a knight templar and then sent to the Holy Land to fight the infidels. Of course there are some plots against the Norse king and a love story also. Lots of inspirations from Kingdom of Heaven, or the other way around, the question is, which script was the first to exist. Another similarity to LotR could be seen in the length of the boring parts. They could have very easily made only one movie and then it would have been better. As for the actors themselves, not bad, although one could only wonder: did anyone see what a nose the leading actor had?
