He fixed it!

Mark Williams fixed it. The ‘it’ being himself, The Welsh Potting Machine. It took him about four years to do so, presumably because there were no spare parts available or because there was a software problem and there was a need for an upgrade. Now, however, the machine is in perfect working order, waiting for the Snooker World Championship to start in a couple of weeks from now. Williams demolished Ding in their second session of the China Open Final, winning 6 frames to one in front of lots of Chinese people, all hoping for Ding’s victory. So, up to Sheffield and the Crucible for a great showdown. The Big Four, as I call them, Williams, Hendry, Higgins and O’Sullivan are going to battle for a third, an eighth, a fourth and a fourth title, respectively. Should Williams join Higgins and O’Sullivan in the select club of the triple World Champions he has a chance of meeting all three of the other ones from The Big Four. He could meet O’Sullivan in the second round already. Hendry one round later and after a possible semi-final with Maguire he could fight Higgins for the crown. Now, that would be the way to do it. To beat all the serious competition. This is how he would know that he truly is The Champion of the World.

I wonder... do you think he still got what it takes or is it just wishful thinking? It would be fantastic though...
